Class Description- 

This class invites attendees to get comfortable talking about pleasure and consent in new environments with new people. Pillow Talkerz will be screened followed by interactive activities facilitated by the creator.

Attendees will use roleplay and games to build their risk profile and practice negotiations.

Wear your favorite fetish costume look for a chance to take home donated gifts provided by our sponsors at Starship! Jump start your role play and negotiations, set the mood, and have some creative fun by wearing your sexiest outfit. (Stay legal to the door please!)

Pillow Talkerz is a movie and a movement. Pillow Talkerz merges art and healthcare making conversations about consent and sexual health more approachable through resources and representation to reduce misinformation, eradicate stigma and increase awareness.

Pillow Talkerz was created by Mary E. Morall, J.D., informed by her experiences as a health educator and resident assistant at Howard University in Washington, D.C. In honor of ongoing community health issues such as sexual assault, domestic violence, high STI transmission and miseducation she created a film. Pillow Talkerz builds a bridge between medical service providers and community while ensuring that folks can see themselves in the film and as a part of the solutions.
