Class is broken into three segments: Rope basics such as safety and risk mitigation, equipment and rope types, common vocabulary and knots, etc. followed by hands on practice with single column ties. We wrap with live demos of chest harnesses and hogties. Ample follow up resources are provided as part of the class for those wishing to explore further.
